Welcome. My goal is to get you where you want to be. Calmer, happier, relief, a better relationship, standing on the beach with the sun in your hair (well not actually, but I can teach you a great grounding exercise so when you need a minute or two on the “beach” it can be available to you). Supportive counseling and resources are my specialty. With diverse life experiences and constantly reading for good ideas, I am able to provide a dynamic experience that will move you towards contentment, peace, and even perhaps the elusive state of happiness.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I  help adults, adolescents, and children successfully work through problems to live better. I specialize in helping clients of all ages let go of uncomfortable emotions and negative thoughts.

I am an in network provider for the following insurances:

• Aetna

I am out of net work with all other insurance companies. For out of network services, I can provide you with a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance company.

Appointment reminders are sent via (cellphone) text. Please respond with a confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give 24 hours notice. Your time is valuable and so is mine. Individuals who cancel appointments with less than 24 hour will be charged  $125.00.
